Ginkel’s Cosmetics ships the majority of the goods with DHL. DHL has 2 freight flows:
Large packages, pallet shipments and deliveries to (large) business addresses are handled by DHL Express.
A signature for receipt is required on delivery. Make sure that someone is present who can sign for the receipt of goods.
If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, DHL will come by again the next working day. After 2 missed attempts, the package will be returned to the client.
DHL Express delivers from Mon to Fri. (Saturdays only urgent packages for an extra charge)
Small packages and home deliveries to private or small business customers are delivered by DHL Parcel. If you are not present, DHL will put the package ready for you at the nearest DHL Service Point. You will then receive a message from DHL by e-mail / SMS or via a notification in your letterbox.
The first delivery in the Netherlands is approximately 1 working day after we send the package. DHL Parcel delivers on Monday to Saturday. In Belgium, BPost will deliver on behalf of DHL. This usually takes 1 day longer.
The shipping costs for NL / BE / LU / DU are € 7.95 excluding VAT. From € 75 excl. VAT order value we deliver carriage paid to 1 address within NL / BE / LU / DU
The shipping costs for France are € 14.95 excluding VAT. From € 100 excl. VAT order value we deliver carriage paid to 1 address within France.
Private customer: You can use the right of withdrawal. You may return undamaged and unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. After receiving and checking the goods, you will receive the purchase amount refunded to your account. The costs for the return are for the account of the customer.
Business customers: You cannot make use of the right of withdrawal. This statutory regulation does not apply to business transactions.
